The institution constantly endeavors to work towards enhancing the institutional culture to better serve the needs of an ever-changing and dynamic learning community. A Guidance and placement cell has been devised to provide guidance and assistance for students to achieve their career goals. This cell functions with some primary objectives enlisted below:

To impart employability skills to the students by arranging skill development programmes and providing them access to professional external faculty.

To conduct lectures and seminars on career guidance.

To inform and motivate students to participate in campus recruitment drives held from time to time.

To organize seminars and workshops on personality development, career guidance, life skills , soft skills etc

To gear up its interactive sessions with the faculty staff and resource persons.
